Time for an update
I finally built another show. It’s been a year and a half but I guess I still got it. It was the season announcement rollout for our new season at Broadway San Diego. www.broadwaysd.com/shows.php check it out. We had 2 local media celebrities Kimberly King and Terry Burhans as our announcers. Both weather and traffic people. They were great—they are pros. Give them a script and they read it like they own it. We had videos of the shows that we have upcoming. And we had performances from the 3 of the 4 original Plaids from Forever Plaid http://www.foreverplaidthemovie.com/foreverplaid.html and the cast from Altar Boyz http://www.altarboyz.com There is so much talent in this show, and it’s such a fun concept. A Christian boy band--Catholic to be more precise. I can’t wait till they’re in San Diego. (tongue firmly place in cheek!)

Just watched Jon Stewart on The Daily Show. He’s an absolute genius. And also just saw an Bill Maher on Politically Incorrect. Another outstanding American pointing out all of our flaws and foibles. These people would have been called curmudgeons in an earlier time. I wonder if they’d like being called modern curmudgeons? Hmmmm.

I’m not a big movie goer but I’m looking forward to The DaVinci Code. The book was a great page turner (but with no payoff at the end unfortunately). The ideas aren’t terribly new but they sure are rabblerousing. Anything that flies in the face of organized religion has to be good right?
